3.1 - Why do you wish to join the San Andreas State Police? (Minimum of 300 words):

I was born and raised here in Red County, and it has always been a lifelong goal of mine to eventually attempt to join the State Police. I left High School with my Diploma, and went to work at numerous dead-end roles. I thought I found my calling at the ammunation, but this really didn't hit the boxes I was looking for in a career that I could do into the future. I believe this department stands out as the best option for my future because of the intense mental and physical training that the State Police undergo, which I greatly admire and believe I'd be a great candidate for.

I am a strong candidate for the position because of my county origins. My comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding terrain, along with my grasp of the community's viewpoint on law enforcement, puts me in a good position to make a significant contribution to the department. My aspirations extend beyond personal development; I firmly feel that my experience and commitment can offer a distinct advantage to the department. I'm a focused person that aspires to succeed at every opportunity. As a trooper who is not only a familiar face but also has a strong connection to the community we serve. I believe that joining the State Police would be an important step in my career and something that would be my honour to do.
