Provide a statement highlighting the reason behind following a career within the law enforcement position, consider what caught your eye to this department and position and why you should be accepted within our department. 3.1 - Why do you wish to join the San Andreas State Police? (Minimum of 300 words):
To be quite honest, becoming a law enforcement officer has been a dream of mine since childhood. I have already indicated to some police officers who I have encountered that I would like to join the Police Academy recruitment as soon as it is available and have received good feedback from them about it.

I applied to become a Ride Along specifically for this reason, to know what is it like being a part of San Andreas State Police.
Throughout my Ride Along experiences, I got a firsthand look at the everyday challenges and responsibilities that law enforcement officers face. Riding alongside dedicated officers has only fueled my determination to pursue this career path. Especially, I can re-call a Ride Along session with First Class Trooper Cohen which was remarkable as she gladly answered all my questions and advised me to apply If I see this is my chance of doing something for the society we're living in.

I have always enjoyed assisting the law enforcement by providing them information about specific gang activities when I see them, shootouts.. et cetera. So I really do want to keep this country safe from criminal contents and by joining San Andreas State Police, I'll be able to actively engage with the community to make sure it is a secure environment for everyone. I know the dangers that encounter the police officers and I am ready to take that risk in order to make everyone else feel safe.

Every time I watch police officers in action, whether it is on the news or right in front of me, I feel an overwhelming sense of admiration and respect for their commitment to maintaining law and order. The way they carry out their duties, making quick decisions and staying professional, shows me just how important law enforcement is for our society. It's not just about the uniform or the cool stuff you see on TV; it's about the real impact they have on people's lives every day.
