Provide a statement highlighting the reason behind following a career within the law enforcement position, consider what caught your eye to this department and position and why you should be accepted within our department. 3.1 - Why do you wish to join the San Andreas State Police? (Minimum of 300 words):
Some reasons make me keen to join the State Police, one of them is that I've been there in one of the previous batches but I failed in my graduation, I was a talented cadet, I followed the orders and performed well in the field but my only fault back there was my lack of knowledge about some codes and matrices. However, we can always start all over again and achieve the goals that we wanted after learning and improving from what we've been through, another reason that acts as a huge catalyst is that I want to pursue my dream of becoming a law enforcement officer, not just because it's my desire but because of my purposes, one of them is my commitment to the public service, I want to serve the country and the community, contribute to the public safety, I feel a strong sense of duty towards maintaining law and order. I'm motivated to promote a positive change that would impact the well-being of society, joining the State Police will not only make me able to succeed in the purposes I stated above but it will also give me the ability to achieve criminal justice and contribute to the legal and justice system of the country. I'm attracted to working closely with a team of dedicated professionals who are loyal to their country, I'd like to face the daily challenges with them and solve the complex problems that will come our way to serve justice, this will add more to me and my skills and as a result, it'll create a better officer of myself, I'm seeking a stable career and an honorable one with many opportunities of development and advancement for our country, I grew up in this country, I've been deeply engaged within the community, so I understand the people's needs on a deeper level and that makes me a great candidate that will be able to serve their needs one day.
