3.1 | Firearm Permit Type: Class B
3.2 | Why do you wish to obtain a Conceal Carry Permit? (Minimum of 50 Words):
My main reason to obtain a Class B, Conceal Carry Permit is so that I can purchase a hunting rifle; this will allow me to hunt and shoot for recreational purposes within the legislated and permitted areas. It's frequent that extremely dangerous and hostile situations occur around Red County with numerous gangs operating in places like Palomino Creek (which is where I live), by having a Conceal Carry Permit, I feel like I will be able to better protect myself and others from situations where lives are in immediate danger. Furthermore, I am a Corporal within the San Andreas State Police which demonstrates I have a good understanding of firearms and the regulations surrounding their usage; this meaning that firearms shouldn't be used unless someone's life is in immediate danger or all other options have been exhausted prior to its use.
3.3 | How do you plan to use your Conceal Carry Permit? (Minimum of 50 Words):
I plan on using my Class B, Conceal Carry Permit for hunting medium-large game in State allocated hunting grounds (i.e. forested areas). I also plan on keeping a pistol for recreational shooting (within licensed practise ranges) and for self-defense whilst not acting within my official onduty capacity for the San Andreas State Police.

SECTION 4 | DECLARATION OF LIABILITY
It is the responsibility of the San Andreas State Police to include a background check of all applicants for a firearm permit. This check could involve interviews with family members, neighbors, or co-workers, past and present. This check will include a check of your mental and physical well being both now and in the past. The law allows us to check complete criminal history, which includes local, state, and federal checks. Your signature below allows us to search any and all sources which contain information that would allow complete and accurate background investigation.
I also certify that all information on my firearm permit, and on this background information sheet, is true and accurate, knowing that any falsified information could disqualify me from obtaining the permit.
I also certify that the San Andreas State Police has the right to revoke my Personal Firearm Permit for any circumstance, with legal authority. If I fail to abide by state laws, or any regulations and protocols that are set out by the San Andreas State Police, I hereby consent to the revocation of my Personal Firearm Permit.
