3.2 | Why do you wish to obtain a Personal Firearm Permit? (Minimum of 50 words):
We live in the world where general crime, robbery, racketeering, sexual and/or physical assault are common. Therefore, I'm applying for the personal firearm permit to add an extra layer of safety to my life and those around me. I find it important to do my part in ensuring safety and protecting the community wherever and whenever I'm present. It definitely is understandable, that there are law enforcement officers who put their lives at risk to protect and serve the county, however they can't be everywhere, every time. On top of my dedication to self defence, I'm quite interested with hunting and wild life. Aforementioned license will give me the opportunity to enjoy my hobby without going against the law.
3.3 | How do you plan to use your Personal Firearm Permit? (Minimum of 50 words):
I will be using the PFP for both, selfe defence and hunting. I'm planning to always follow the regulations and law, never abuse the given privilege, always prioritize using non-lethal force to defend myself and people around me and to employ my firearms solely for the purpose of saving a life. My only intention is to use the permit lawfully and legally, taking every rule and regulation into consideration, no matter how stressful and/or scary and/or threatening the situation is.

SECTION 4 | DECLARATION OF LIABILITY
It is the responsibility of the San Andreas State Police to include a background check of all applicants for a firearm permit. This check could involve interviews with family members, neighbors, or co-workers, past and present. This check will include a check of your mental and physical well-being both now and in the past. The law allows us to check complete criminal history, which includes local, state, and federal checks. Your signature below allows us to search all sources that contain information that would allow a complete and accurate background investigation.
I also certify that all information on my firearm permit, and this background information sheet, is true and accurate, knowing that any falsified information could disqualify me from obtaining the permit.
I also certify that the San Andreas State Police has the right to revoke my Personal Firearm Permit for any circumstance, with legal authority. If I fail to abide by state laws or any regulations and protocols that are set out by the San Andreas State Police, I hereby consent to the revocation of my Personal Firearm Permit.
