2.3 Reason of Revocation:Gang affiliations/Possible illegal activities
2.4 Brief Description of the Incident: Julia Flock and three other men were pulled over by SBI. SBI requested SASP backup and Detective Correia responded to the call. When he got there, they searched everybody and found Julia Flock to be the only one in the vehicle with a weapon. The driver told Detective Correia that they were planning a couple of "warning shots" towards another person to scare that person into paying for some damages to a vehicle.
