2.4 Brief Description of the Incident: Ms. Marin pushed a vehicle into Palomino Bay, we attempted to pull her over, but she decided to continue driving. She exited her car at Montgomery and entered a flat. I went looking for her and later spotted her on a roof, shooting at a civilian/us.
