Revocation Information 2.1 Name of Permit Holder: Rhett Beauregard
2.2 Firearm Permit Type: FCP-A
2.3 Reason of Revocation: Reckless attitude, Risking the life of civilians as well as troopers in service.
2.4 Brief Description of the Incident: 3 Units were responding to a 911 call at Rockshore. While we were making contact with the person of interest, Mister Beauregard drove past us while drifting rather recklessly. Afterward spinning out, almost hitting a pole and risking the life of the civilians and troopers on the scene with no regard. This action is way too unresponsible for a Personal carry permit holder. Mister Beauregard was arrested and placed into DPD holding cells. I had a chat with the permit holder, He agreed that the license has to be revoked also.
