2.3 Reason of Revocation: Failed to renew his firearm license before the termination date (21st of June)
2.4 Brief Description of the Incident: The individual failed to renew his firearm as per:
"Firearm permit holders with expiring permits are encouraged to submit a firearm permit renewal application before its expiration date. When they expire, the firearm permit is considered suspended and the permit holder is prohibited from carrying any firearm. License holders will be given a 15-day grace period before they are considered terminated and will not be eligible for renewal. If the expiration date and grace period have already surpassed, you are urged to post a new application for a firearms permit if you wish to continue having a permit to carry."
