2.4 Brief Description of the Incident: We had a shots fired call at Monty Silver Trading. We responded and saw 3 downed males. 2 of them beat down and one of them shot in the head with a 9mm weapon. After collecting evidence I saw a person that matches the description at Monty Park. We detained the person. The investigations division conducted their tests and confirmed that the licensed weapon Mr.Moore had was discharged. After further investigation he was charged with Murder in the first degree.
